CANCELLATION POLICY
The English Ghostwalks may be cancelled by either the participants or the guide, for one of the following reasons: a medical emergency, extreme weather conditions, or unforeseen events that cause extreme pedestrian blockage in the city. If the participants have already submitted their payment for the tour, they will receive a refund.
Please check your email again before the tour! If the tour is cancelled due to a sudden illness or similar, we will inform you by email at least two hours before the tour is supposed to start.
We reserve the right to refuse participation (with no refund) to anyone who comes to the tour intoxicated or under the influence. We also ask that you do not bring alcohol to drink on the tour. Anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or is spoiling the experience for other participants will be asked to leave the tour and will not receive a refund.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
A little drizzle or even light rain only adds to our macabre atmosphere. We trust our participants to equip themselves with umbrellas if needed, and clad themselves in ponchos and season appropriate foot wear. However if the meteorological authority prophesizes thunderstorms and lightning, we will have to cancel the tour and issue a refund.
SAFETY
As a Ghost Walk participants you are responsible for your own personal safety at all times. We ask that you pay attention when crossing roads and that you do so with your own personal safety in mind.
DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR
We reserve the right to refuse participation in a tour to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. We also ask that you do not bring alcohol to drink on the tour.
Anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or is spoiling the enjoyment of the Ghost Walk for other tour participants will be asked to leave the tour.

In case you are delayed, unfortunately, we can not guarantee your participation.
